Cancellation & Return Policy
Customers may cancel their order and return the goods before the scheduled installation date for a full refund (or full credit if unpaid), provided the goods are unused, not mounted on a rim, and in their original packaging and condition.
Cancellation Conditions:
If the goods have not left the warehouse, no charges will apply.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Fees:
No restocking or administrative fees will be charged.
For exact return costs, please contact customer support, as fees vary based on tire specifications and location.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products purchased under special or time-limited offers cannot be returned.
Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 24 hours but may take 1-5 days depending on the payment method.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
You can make your payment using your VISA or MasterCard.
Also, you can pay cash after the work on your car is finished.
Orders are processed only if payment is assured and/or realized by MsTire.ae.
Any unpaid order will be automatically deleted after 5 days from the date on which it was made.
